This certainly hasn't come up in Obama's education platform
WSJ opinion piece says Obama was on the board of education foundation with a 1960s radical from 1995-99, which gave more than than $100 million to community organizers.

actually it's been talked about quite a bit as the article says for several months. This is nothing new and actually as a resident of the city I can say this article is very...let's say, "slanted." Benefactors of the grants have made incredible strides toward providing much needed improvement in the public schools which at the time I didn't allow my child to be educated in at the time. Thank goodness I'm not judged by the personal views of persons who sit with me on several boards.
EWA, an organization of education reporters, started this blog to encourage the Presidential candidates to think of education as an issue. EWA members will post items about the candidates and their stands on education as a service to other reporters and the public.
